The 2 arched niches (arcosolia) for 5 burials and 2 rectangular holes (loculi) are located at the beginning of the middle corridor in the lower level of the catacombs. The niches are currently dated in the 4th century AD. Left: The back wall is decorated with a basket from which a vine branch grows. In the reveal are cupids and a tendril of wine. Right: A peacock (Symbol of imperishability) occupies the back wall and a group of people (maybe Christ and the Apostles) is on the left lower reveal. The motives are surrounded by festoons, birds, baskets, flowers and fruits. In front: marble imitation between cupids.
