The arched niche (arcosolium) for at least 2 burials is located in a hypogeum (a subsurface burial ground of greater size) in the upper level of the Catacomb. The niche is currently dated in the 3rd century AD and belongs to the oldest part of that level. Paintings: A red and orange frame system divides the surface in geometrical motives, in which objects such as a bust (surrounded by a green circle), fruits and dolphins were placed. Red flowers and branches with green leaves adorn the background. On the back wall stands on a greenish ground zone, besides a trunk of a tree, a man dressed in a dark vesture with a long, thin staff in his hand.
