The Convent of Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles de la Hoz is located in the town of Sebúlcor (Segovia, Spain). It is believed to have been founded in 1231 and remained in use until 1835, when it was finally abandoned. It was a place of great devotion, which explains why it was visited on numerous occasions by Queen Isabella I of Castile. It is believed that this room with paintings on the walls may have served as the queen’s accommodation. On its walls we can see the coat of arms of Castile.
