Medieval graffiti from Calatrava la Vieja, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Islamic almohad period (1195-1212 CE). They were discovered in 1984, during the ecavation works carried out under the direction of the architect Miguel Fisac. They are located in the western wall of the alcázar, and were made with a sharp object in the south face of the southern tower.They represent six and eight-pointed stars and names of people written in arabic.
