A small pottery piece from the dólmen of Torais. This is Monument erected between the end of the IV and beginning of the third millennium a.C., which some authors attribute to the so-called “eborense megalithism”. This dólmen has a polygonal 6-stone chamber and a roofing slab in situ. There are no traces of a corridor, although there are still fragments of the mamoa. The dólmen was, in the 20th century, reinforced with masonry.
According to the habitantes of the region, up to the 60’s of the 20th century, the dólmen was used by a shoemaker who wielded his craft in it.
