Portrait of the prince Nero Julius Caesar from the site of Tarraco (Tarragona, Spain), dated in the 23-41 AD. Marble portrait of the prince Nero Julius Caesar, son of Germanicus and Agrippina, brother of Emperor Caligula and nephew of the Emperor Claudius. Very few representations of him have been preserved. Found in the area of the Tarraco Colonial Forum, where it would have been part of a gellary of statues of the imperial family.
