Miguel Fernández Díaz is an archaeologist, drone pilot, and 3D heritage digitization specialist focused on the creation of digital twins. His work ranges from small artifacts to large archaeological sites, including historic buildings and complex structures.
With a background in History, Archaeology, and Topography, and advanced expertise in mass data capture technologies, he produces highly accurate and detailed 3D models used for research, conservation, dissemination, and education. Among his main tools are drones, photogrammetry, laser scanning, and specialized software, which enable the transformation of real-world heritage into the realm of Virtual Heritage.
