BHS 1 is a Bronze Age (Wadi Suq period) oval shaped, above ground tomb with internal measurements of 4.5 x 6 meters.
Investigations of this tomb resulted in the discovery of a large quantity of skeletal remains and artifacts covering the grave floor. Artifacts recovered from the investigation include a necklace made of precious stones and gold and silver beads, a wide variey of Wadi Suq pottery, and several bronze bowls.
